Dr. J G Moellendorf did his under-graduate work at UW-Superior where he majored in Physics and Mathematics, with a minor in Art Photography. He also attended UM-Minneapolis where he assisted in research on ribosomal proteins. Trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic-Davenport, Iowa, he graduated with high honors in 1983.
In 1996, Dr. Moellendorf was awarded his Doctorate in Naturopathy from Trinity School of Natural Health. Chiropractic’s most prestigious award, the honorary Legion of Chiropractic Philosophers degree was bestowed in 2001 for his thesis: “The Workings of Innate Intelligence in Obsessive/Compulsive and Addictive Behaviors.”
The International Chiropractic Association’s Council on Chiropractic Philosophy invited Dr. Moellendorf to do a presentation in Kansas City in 2003 on “Innate Intelligence and Chiropractic in the Care of Obsessive/Compulsive and Addictive Behaviors.”
Among the first health care practitioners in Wisconsin to use cold lasers in patient care, the ICA Council asked Dr. Moellendorf to return in 2005 with his son Matthew to present “Low Level Laser Therapy—Is It Chiropractic?” at their Fort Worth, Texas assembly.
Always researching more effective methods in assisting patients to reach their peak wellness, Dr. Moellendorf became a Certified Practitioner of Nutri-Energetics Systems in 2008. He also became one of only a few doctors who is a Certified Decompression Therapy Practitioner. His quest for additional wellness breakthroughs continues.

Through the years, she has taken specialized classes in insurance processing and coding, taking spinal x-rays, spinal electromyography, exercise rehabilitation, use of cold lasers, and traction/decompression.
Whether it’s answering the phone, locating another obscure item for one of the doctor’s zany ideas, dealing with impossible insurance processors, doing therapy on a patient while answering the other office family member’s questions, or offering emotional support to patient’s who are overwhelmed with their health care issues, Sharon always keeps a smile and an upbeat attitude for everyone.
A devoted wife and mom, somehow among all of Sharon’s duties she has also raised a daughter and son while working with home schooling.

Matthew Moellendorf is our resident go-fer (go-fer this and go-fer that) and all around fix-it guy. He is that flash seen speeding through the office as he assists wherever a helping hand is needed.
Matthew is the guy who keeps everything running, repairs whatever breaks down, constantly tunes things so that they work better, and does his magic on the computer system when the rest of us are completely confused by whatever strange and unwanted things it is doing now.
A former teenager who still does know everything, Matthew is interested in everything mechanical, especially Ford Mustangs and railroads. He is particularly interested in old steam locomotives.

Selena Werkheiser is the smiling face that most often greets you at the front desk. While trained as a surgical technician, she continues to work in the Chiropractic field.
An all-around multi-tasker, Selena answers phones, schedules appointments, assists the doctor with note taking, processes insurance, works on the mountains of paperwork that the other office family members have generated during the day, and assists with many of the therapies such as decompression and cold laser.
